What do you charge to come out and shoot an event or party?

Each event is unique in its photography needs therefore we are unable to give a flat quote for all scenarios. 

How will our guests be able to view and order the event pictures?

SAVVY Shots photographers will hand out cards with our web site information where guests can visit to view and order pictures.  If your event is private it will also have a password for your guests to view the gallery.  All Galleries are public unless otherwise requested.  Guests can order and pay for their pictures directly from our site.  Photos are mailed directly to your guests and take approximately 3-7 days to arrive.

Do you charge a deposit to hold the event date?

Yes.  We charge a $75 non-refundable deposit/mobilization fee to hold your event date. 

Can you remove my photo from your site? 

Absolutely.  We are glad to remove your photo upon written request.  Contact us with the photo number, gallery, and date and we will remove your photo.  All photos are considered to be in the public domain, but we sincerely respect everyone’s right to privacy and we will gladly remove anyone’s photo at their request.   

Can my event be password protected?

Yes.  If you only want specific people viewing your gallery (such as only the friends who attended your bachelor party!) we will provide you with a password to be able to view the pictures in your gallery.  

Do you do weddings?

Yes we do shoot weddings but only on a case by case basis.  We will provide the bride and groom with a photojournalist memory of the big day but we do not do formal wedding portraits. 

Wedding packages start at $1,000.  We provide two photographers and unlike many others YOU can keep the DVD of your pictures.  In addition photos are password protected and posted in a gallery on our site.  We will keep them on the site for as long as you like, so unlike many other photographers, there is no pressure to buy within a certain amount of time or we delete them.  They are also the most affordable, high quality lab prints you can find!  We assure you, you will love them!  We want your guests to be able to purchase photos to remember your special day, not debate how many they can afford.

Do you shoot color and black and white?

Yes.  Once your photos have been uploaded into a gallery you can view them in color, or black and white with just a click of a button.  So, any picture we take you can purchase in color or black and white!
